Beyond the Win: 21-Day Challenge
$27.00
Join the 21-Day Challenge for High-Achieving Men
If you're done dealing with burnout, feeling disconnected, or autopilot patterns into your life, this is your interruption point.
This challenge isn't about fixing yourself. It's about finding yourself.
-
For 21 days, you'll receive one daily practice designed to help you:
Reconnect with who you are beneath the title and the performance
Interrupt the inherited rules that quietly run your life
Slow down the over-functioning, the numbing, the autopilot
Build awareness of what you actually feel and want
Develop confidence rooted in presence, not validation or achievement
This is foundational work, and it changes everything that comes after.
-
You begin the challenge as soon as you join
You'll receive one daily email with a reflection and a single action
Practices are short, intentional, and honest
No hustle-harder pressure
No comparison
No pressure to “do it right”
You'll also have access to a private brotherhood group for optional reflection, support, and shared experience, so you're not doing this work in isolation while still moving at your own pace.
You move through the challenge in your own timing. The work itself is deeply personal.
-
This challenge is for you if:
You feel successful on paper and disconnected in private
Life feels compulsive, numb, performative, or just off
The old rules still run the show more than you want to admit
You want a grounded, honest relationship with yourself and your purpose
You're ready to stop outsourcing your sense of self to achievement
You don't need to feel “ready.”
You don't need to know what the outcome should be.
You just need to be willing to show up honestly.
-
You won't be left hanging.
This challenge is designed as a start, not an end.
Many men choose to continue into deeper work, including:
One-on-one coaching with Dr. Cornell
Beyond the Win, the group coaching program for high-achieving men
But for these 21 days, your goal is to:
Show up.
Slow down.
Stay present.
The 21-Day Challenge is open and available to begin at any time.
When you join, you're saying:
“I’m ready to do the work that reveals the man I already am and want to show the world.”
If this resonates, welcome to the journey.
Group Coaching Program
You’ve done everything right. The degrees. The title. The income. The family. By every conventional measure, you’ve won!
And yet — you still feel like something is missing. Perhaps you still feel like you are not ENOUGH. The drive that got you here hasn’t quieted down. It’s just turned inward, and now it’s asking harder questions:
“Is this actually the life I want?”
“Is there more to life than what I am currently experiencing?”
Beyond the Win is a group coaching program for high-achieving men who are ready to stop performing and start living as the man they actually want to be. The man who wants more joy, peace, and fulfillment in their life.

You might be the man this was built for.
You recognize yourself in at least a few of these:
• You’ve achieved a lot externally — and still feel like something’s missing
• Your identity is tightly tied to your work, your title, your output
• You feel pressure to appear strong and capable — all the time
• The people closest to you get the version of you that’s left after everyone else
• You’re tired of carrying everything alone, but you don’t know how to put any of it down
• You want deeper relationships, but you’re not sure how to get there
• You sense there’s more available to you — you just haven’t been able to name it yet
If that’s you — you’re in the right place.
-
Beyond the Win is an 8-session group coaching program that takes high-achieving men from achievement to fulfillment.
Not instead of everything you’ve built.
But finally, as the full version of yourself underneath it.
Each session is focused, structured, and designed to move you forward, not just inform you.
The program is built on my BRAVE Framework: a five-phase coaching model grounded in evidence-based practice and designed specifically for men who need a clear process and a real result.
This isn’t therapy. It’s not a weekend retreat.
It’s the hard work that actually changes things.
-
Eight sessions. One through-line.
Bi-weekly | Every Sunday | July 12th to October 18th | 9AM - 11AM PST
Each session targets one specific challenge — and gives you the language, tools, and community to work through it.
SESSION 1 — The Mask of Competence
Name the gap between who you perform to be and who you actually want to be.
SESSION 2 — The Man Rules
Identify the inherited scripts that are costing you more than they’re giving.
SESSION 3 — Who Am I Without the Win?
Untangle your identity from your achievements and status.
SESSION 4 — The Over-Functioner
Understand why you carry everything — and what it’s doing to your relationships.
SESSION 5 — What You Actually Want
Move from ‘what I should want’ to what genuinely matters.
SESSION 6 — Saying No as Strength
Practice boundaries as integrity, not avoidance or abandonment.
SESSION 7 — The Friendship Drought
Understand why male bonds fade — and rebuild it with intention.
SESSION 8 — Staying the Man
Build the internal infrastructure to sustain who you’re becoming.

A Safe, Confidential Container: Guided by the JSCS Ethical Guidelines and Global Code of Ethics, you will enter a non-judgmental space where your privacy and story are respected by both the coach and your peers.
The "One-Change" Focus: We will cut through the noise of multiple transitions to identify the one area that will have the greatest ripple effect on your life.
Peer Wisdom & Social Proof: Gain insights from 5–7 other individuals navigating their own journey.
Sustainable Habit Building: You will leave with a personalized "Next Steps" plan and a clear, non-negotiable habit designed to maintain your momentum long after the 8 sessions conclude.
Continuous Forward Momentum: Every session ends with a "micro-action"—a small, doable step that ensures you are moving toward your desired outcome.
You’ll Leave with:
✓ A clear-eyed view of the gap between who you perform to be and who you want to be.
✓ Language for what’s been hard to name — and the courage to say it.
✓ Goals that are truly yours. Not inherited, not externally imposed.
✓ Practical tools for showing up differently at work, at home, and in your own head.
✓ A community of men doing the same real work without the performance
✓ A daily practice that sustains the man you’re becoming long after the program ends.

Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching — structured, forward-focused, and action-oriented.
If you’re currently in therapy, this program can work alongside it.
What if I’ve never done anything like this before?
Good. Many of the men in this program haven’t either.
The group is intentionally small and built on trust from the first session.
How much time does this require?
8 sessions over 4 months — 2 hours bi-weekly, plus time for the workbook and between-session action steps (roughly 20–30 minutes per week).
Will I have to share personal things in front of other men?
You share what you’re ready to share. The group is designed to be a space where you can drop the performance — but nothing is required beyond your willingness to show up.
What happens after I enroll?
You’ll complete a short intake form, receive your participant workbook,
and schedule a 30-minute discovery call with Dr. Cornell before the program begins.

Dr. Cornell Verdeja-Woodson
Mindset Transformation Coach
Dr. Cornell is a life coach, soon-to-be author, and the founder of Brave Coaching for Men, a coaching practice built for men who are ready to move beyond the traditional masculine script toward more joy, peace, purpose, and fulfillment. His work is grounded in years of research into how social conditioning shapes individuals across the lifespan — their emotional lives, their relationships, their sense of agency and choice. He builds programs specifically for men because he’s lived the work. And he knows what it takes to be brave enough to do it. Dr. Cornell has learned to push through the noise of other people’s expectations of him and became the man HE wants to be.
